Re: Windows 7 Tutorial
Hey Doc, any idea on hardware specs for 7? if I can grab myself a copy, I'll run it on my VM and play around with it, see what's new.

Re: Windows 7 Tutorial
The hardware specs are about the same as Vista.
1.5GHz CPU
512MB RAM
12gb Hard disk space
I tried running it in my VM before Dual booting it with my Vista Ultimate and it works great. So far, I have not experienced any blue screens, everything seems non-buggy. In fact it feels like Vista SP2! The taskbar looks odd at first, but I am starting to see why... I also like the "pin" feature implemented.

The public beta will be released in early 2009, if you are a Microsoft beta tester you can get it in December. If you are lucky beta tester, Microsoft will chose you, for the pre-beta release.
