Change System Protection Disk Usage in Window 7

This tutorial will show you how to adjust the disk usage used by System Protection, also known as System Restore in the earlier version of Windows.




Click Start >> Right click on the Computer >> Click on Properties.




Click on System Protection as shown below:




Click on the hard disk partition, that you want to change System Protection settings.
Note: Windows 7 should be installed on the C drive by default. Mine is installed under a E because I am running a Dual Boot system.


Click on Configure as shown:




Adjust the slider to set limitations for System Protection disk usage >> Click Ok to save.
