Antivirus System Pro

My computer with Windows XP is infected with Antivirus System Pro. Tried to go to Microsoft Windows website to download their Malware Removal Software, but I got an "IE cannot display the web page" message. Even the websites that was being popped on me by the virus cannot be displayed. I finally downloaded abovementioned malware software from Microsoft Windows using a friend's computer onto a cd and used it to scan my infected computer under safe mode. It found 5 files infected, but when I when to normal mode the infection is still there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.

• Double click and run the installer.
  
• It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  
• After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  
• Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.

How will I download HijackThis when it blocks my IE connection? Everytime I click it, it just gives me the message that IE cannot display this web page (my default IE web page).
