Solved Unable to print coupons from websites

Post by tabethalynn on Sat 30 May 2009, 4:01 am

When I go to websites like coupon.com and download their coupons printers I am unable to actually print the coupons. It either says that I have downloaded the maximum number of coupons which can't be true since I have never been able to print them) or it says they have printed. My printer works, I can print everything else. I have searched online for answers and it seems like many other people have the same problem. One solution I have found is to replace two letters depending on what your running like firefox or internet explorer. Did that and it still won't work. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Solved Re: Unable to print coupons from websites

Hello,

This probably happens because your ISP uses shared IP with other people. So if other people with the same IP as you have already printed a coupon, they take it as you also printed it.

Even if it's nothing to do with the IP, I am certain for sure that is nothing to do with your computer or your printer. I suggest you contact coupon.com about this issue.
