Cryptor/Zlob infection.

Post by vivo on 14th May 2009, 9:29 pm

Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me? I was downloading the Sonic X torrent from the pirate bay, and I contracted the Zlob downloader. Now I've had these before and deleted them, but it seems like they are re-installing. And I also have Cryptor virus, and I had spyware protect
(more like spyware protectionism (Gunsmoke) Evil or enraged ). Now I've deleted the downloader and spyware protect(Ionism Roger that). But the main thing now is Cryptor, and a program that when I'm using IE or Firefox, and click on a website it redirects me to a different web site in another window. ( I believe the site that redirected Me was windowscliks.com) Any help would be appreciated! Thank You! , Vivo Sad tearing Sad tearing Sad tearing PS: here is my avenger report Logfile of The Avenger Version 2.0, (c) by Swandog46

Please download the current version of HijackThis from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

  • Double click and run the installer.
  • It will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis\hijackthis.exe
  • After installing, you should get the user agreement, press accept and Hijack This will run.
  • Select Do a system scan and save a log file. This will open a notepad file of everything Hijack This found, copy and paste it back here.
