Trojan BrisvA virus

Post by eeyoregirl65 on 2nd May 2009, 12:28 pm

I have Noron and it told me I had Trojan BrisvA virus and the only way to remove it was manually and to do it in safe mode, so I ran the removal tool, and it said the virus had been removed, but now my pc won't start in windows it automatically starts in safe mode. Can you help me fix this problem? Thanks in advance!
Angela Thank You!

Is it going to the advanced boot menu automatically?

Is there an option for last known good configuration? If so, choose that and see if you can boot normally.

I did that it didn't work, but i did figure it out, I done start, run, msconfig and went to the boot tab and it was checked to boot into safe mode. So it's fixed and appreciate your help!
