Hi There Once Again I Got Trojan Attack Again
I'm Transfering Things From My PSP Half Way
And Then Suddenly It Pop Out Trojan Alert
Suddenly Everything Went Blank
And I Need To Go Task Manager To Open Anything
Like "New Task" Then Blah Blah
Anyway The Blank I'm Talking About Is Like
You Know The Whole Window Become Empty
And Only Left The Wallpaper?
The Icons, Start Window, Minimizing Window, The Whole Bar
Is Gone ==''
Help Me Please I'm Annoyed
Anyway
The Trojan Detected Are

Trojan.Agent!sd5
Trojan.Downloader.Flux.FM
Trojan.Winko

All Popping Out From My PSP
I Think The Trojan Was Pass From My Friend's PC
As He Was Transferring Games From My PSP To His Computer
My PSP Doesn't Have Any Virus Before That ==''

Hello.

  • Open HijackThis
  • Choose "Do a system scan only"
  • Check the boxes in front of these lines:

    O23 - Service: 9427173C - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\C458893C.EXE

  • Press "Fix Checked"
  • Close Hijack This.

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.

Hello.
If it's come from a PSP, it's very likely it's a flash drive infection.

  • Please download DDS by sUBs to your Desktop (Important!!) from one of these locations:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
  • Double click DDS.scr to run.
  • When complete, two logs will open. Save both of the report to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste DDS.txt back here, I don't need to see attach.txt.

Erm, When I Tried To Run The Move It
It Says

Cannot open file C:/_OTMoveIt/MovedFiles/12052005_025446.log.

Then When I Clicked Ok
The Programme Sppear
Thus I Ignore And Continue You Instruction As Given
And When I Clicked Move
There's Many Things In The Results But It Suddenly Close Half Way

By The Way
I Used This Before For My Previous Trojan.TDSServ Too
I Think I Last Time
I Accidentally Moved A Log Beside This MoveIt Icon After The Trojan Is Gone
So I Thought I No Need It Anymore ._.

Sorry For The Trouble =.=''

Hello.
Not done yet, please plug in the PSP via USB.

Please download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to your Desktop and run it by double clicking the program's icon.

  1. Wait a couple of seconds for initial scan to finish.
  2. Connect all of your USB storage devices to the PC, one at a time, and keep each one connected at least for 10 seconds.
  3. If there are more USB storage devices to scan, please take a note about the order in which these were connected.
  4. After all the devices are scanned, right click in the Monitor tab, and choose "Save log". That will open the log in Notepad. Please copy and paste the log into this thread.
Explanation: USB storage devices are all the USB devices that get their own partition letter at connecting to the PC, e.g. flash drives (thumb/pen drives, USB sticks), external HDDs, MP3/MP4 players, digital cameras, memory cards (SD cards, Sony Memory Stick, MultiMedia Cards etc.), some mobile phones, some GPS navigation devices etc.
