I notice that you never scanned with an Antivirus previously before starting this thread - because you don't even have an Antivirus installed!
This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world.
That's why I want you to install one first!!

* Please install Avira Antivirus: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
This is a free Antivirus.

Install and then update the database, this will protect you from getting re-infected.

Please download the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Please double-click OTMoveIt3.exe to run it.
  • Copy the bolded text below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose CopyCrying

    :files
    c:\windows\syssvc.exe
    C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\dds.scr

  • Return to OTMoveIt3, right click in the "Paste instructions for items to be Moved" window (under the light blue bar) and choose Paste.
  • Click the red Moveit! button.
  • Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar) to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy), and paste it in your next reply.
  • Close OTMoveIt3
If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.

Please post the OTMoveIt log.

Hello.

We can remove OTMoveIt now.

  • Please double-click OTMoveIt3.exe to run it again.
  • Press the green CleanUp! button.
  • Press Yes cleanup process prompt, do the same for the reboot prompt.

How is the machine running now?

You've had the machine in safe mode right from the start, so boot to normal mode please and let me know how the performance is.

 I didn't load the antivirus you suggested until after your last post and then I couldn't get back in to respond to you because my computer is really bad/slow. Now I remember the MAIN reason I haven't had antivirus for the last few years. My computer won't work with antivirus. I am currently in the safe mode. What should I do?

Malware has probably caused damage. If you don't run an AV, you opens doors and just welcome the malware in. By doing so, you let the malware get out of control and this is the result, a half trashed OS.

  • Download combofix from here
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
  • Double click on ComboFix.exe.
  • Follow the prompts. NOTE:
  • ComboFix will check to see if the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is installed.
***It's strongly recommended to have the Recovery Console installed before doing any malware removal.***

**Please note: If the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console is already installed, ComboFix will automatically proceed with its scan.

  • The Recovery Console provides a recovery/repair mode should a problem occur during a Combofix run.

  • Allow ComboFix to download the Recovery Console.
  • Accept the End-User License Agreement.
  • The Recovery Console will be installed.
  • You will then get this next prompt that asks if you want to continue the malware scan, select yes

  • Allow combofix to run
  • Post C:\combofix.txt back here.

    Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.

Since I am in Safe Mode, there is no antivirus icon. Do you want me to restart without being in the Safe Mode first?

As soon as I read your reply, I went to my desktop and doubleclicked ComboFix.exe. I then got "ERROR - Win32 only". It said "Incompatible OS. ComboFix only works for workstations with Windows 2000 & XP."
What should I do now?

Oh. Then it came up with "Ping.exe Bad Image". "The application or DLL C:|Windows\System32\cwlsp.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."

Hello.
Now would be a good time to format.

As I said, not running AV, you've allowed the malware to run wild through your machine and it's caused serious damage that can't be fixed.

Here are some links to help you understand and what to do.
