downloading problem

Solved downloading problem

hello, The problem i got is that everytime i download something, the Internet Explorer Information Bar (near the top of your Web browser) wont pop up. It's usually is like a yellow with a blue shield on the front bar.

Try verifying if what your popup setting is set to, whether it is set to OFF or allow.

Here is how you would go about this.

1. Open Internet Explorer / Tools / Pop-up Blocker
2. You have the option to Turn off Pop-up Blocker - if this is off now pop-ups are permitted.
3. Or you can allow certain sites for the pop-up; from IE select Tools / Pop-up Blocker / Pop-up Blocker Settings
4. Here you can add a site URL that you would allow POP-ups from. Be certain the location you are downloading from is included in that SAFE list- if you wish to receive a download.


After you add that site, try your download again.
