Post by bongring on Sat Apr 04, 2009 3:25 pm

Hooray! Hooray!
finally got my internet at home, wireless though.
i'm into downloading, especially from rapidshare, free user of course
but i only do it at work coz we got pretty fast connection there.
the moment i got this net at home, i started to try downloading files from rs,
but it always tells me that my ip is already downloading a file and that i have to wait for 15min etc.
i tried to download again for about half an hour past, still my ip is already downloading a file.

There are two possibilities as to why this is happening.

1. Somebody may be tapping on your wireless connection

2. Your ISP uses shared IP with other people through out the country or in the area you stay in.

If you are referring to possibility number 2, then nope. Unless you get yourself a premium account.
