these three folders, all were Let me think hidden, are present on all my drives. just finished mbam scan.

Hello.
Recycler (the one with the recycle bin image) is the recycle bin.
System volume information is system restore.

Both of these are legit, so don't remove them.

Is the autorun.inf a folder or a file?

If it's a file, it malicious and has to go.
If it's a folder, you probably ran Flash_Disinfector. It's designed to stop the malware creating an autorun.inf file.

yes sir, i do ran flash disinfector, its folder has a notepad file inside it, telling that
"The directory created by USB Disk Antivirus should be deleted by itself"
