Hello.
Please switch off the Vista UAC while we do this because all it will do is interfere with our removal methods.

See this guide for switching it off.
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

See if DDS will run once the UAC is off.

Re: spywareprotect2009. bankfox. A HELP

Post by Belahzur on Mon Mar 09, 2009 5:29 pm

Hello.

You are running two AV's, this is a bad idea as they can conflict and cause problems. I see Avira and Avast.
I would recommend that you remove Avira since it's disabled and outdated to avoid conflict and other future problems.

  • Click Start >> Control Panel.
  • Under the Programs click Uninstall a Program
  • Highlight Avira Antivir Personal
  • Click on the Uninstall/Change button at the top.

Please download the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].

  • Save it to your desktop.
  • Please double-click OTMoveIt3.exe to run it.
  • Copy the bolded text below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose CopyCrying

    :files
    c:\windows\sysguard.exe
    c:\windows\system32\mcenspc.dll

    :reg
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\SecurityProviders]
    "SecurityProviders"="msapsspc.dll, schannel.dll, digest.dll, msnsspc.dll"
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
    "system tool"=-

  • Return to OTMoveIt3, right click in the "Paste instructions for items to be Moved" window (under the light blue bar) and choose Paste.
  • Click the red Moveit! button.
  • Copy everything in the Results window (under the green bar) to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them and pressing CTRL + C (or, after highlighting, right-click and choose copy), and paste it in your next reply.
  • Close OTMoveIt3
If a file or folder cannot be moved immediately you may be asked to reboot the machine to finish the move process. If you are asked to reboot the machine choose Yes.

Please post the OTMoveIt log.

Hello.
Don't go just yet, your host file is changed and has to be repaired.

Please post a new Hijack This log.
