problem whith BANKERFOX.A, WIN32/NUQEL.E

Hi everyone, my problem is the following, I cant access any of my programs by either double click on them or running the .exe file, my SpywareDoctor detected BANKERFOX.A, WIN32/NUQEL.E as a possible treat I just run Hijackthis an this is the file,

Sorry, can't help.
The malware is using a fake name under a real name, meaning if we kill the fake, we kill the real one too.
Killing the real one will seriously cripple your machine, I think the best option is to format and re-install.
