Why would you want to copy a file with cmd?

Type in copy filetocopy copiedfile. For example if you have the file D:\example\example.jpg and would like to copy it to c:\programs\exmaple.jpg, type in copy D:\example\example.jpg c:\programs\exmaple.jpgand press enter.
