Solved Problems...?!

Post by choff13100 on Thu Jan 29, 2009 8:29 am

Hi geek police,
First off thanks for this great service you are providing. Seems to be a real life saver.
Now the problem. I got on my computer after work today and it seems to be running weird. I talked with my sister and she said she had been to some sites and email. I am getting some pop ups that I have never seen. I don't know what to look for. I Downloaded Hijack and got the Log for it. I can reinstall the os if I have to. Just want to make sure that there is things wrong. Thanks again. HT

Hello.
If these two machines are on a network, disconnect them.

Lets make sure we got all the malware from this machine.

  • Please download DDS by sUBs to your Desktop (Important!!) from one of these locations:
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
  • Double click DDS.scr to run
  • When complete, DDS.txt will open.
  • Save the report to your Desktop.
  • Copy and paste DDS.txt back here, I don't need to see attach.txt.

Please open a new topic for the other machine.
