Here is the MoveIt log:

========== PROCESSES ==========

C:\Documents and Settings\owner\Desktop\dds.scr moved successfully.
c:\windows\system32\bLmUuBeg.ini2 moved successfully.
c:\windows\system32\bLmUuBeg.ini moved successfully.
========== COMMANDS ==========
File delete failed. C:\DOCUME~1\owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\etilqs_YG6JRV9hfxmMTf6pzzbb scheduled to be deleted on reboot.
User's Temp folder emptied.
User's Temporary Internet Files folder emptied.

However when it rebooted the reboot is horribly slow now and I have no internet connections. And the windows key on my keyboard doesn't bring up the windows menu anymore.

Hmmm.
Is that because OTMoveIt killed explorer?
Do you have any desktop icons or taskbar?

Ah, that means no explorer.
Press ctrl + alt + del TWICE.
This will open the task manager.

Under "Applications" tab, press "New Task..."
This opens a "Create new task" window.
Type in "explorer"
Press okay.

Does your stuff load now?

I don't have internet connection on the comp I am trying to fix atm cause after I ran the MoveIt I lost the internet connections along with the desktop icons and the taskbar. I downloaded the file to a thumb drive and put it on the computer I am working on. I opened it and hit the repair button after clicking on the task bar missing. It said it was going to restart the windows shell then I got a run time error.

Okay, we can try a last known good configuration.
Reboot, start tapping F8 after the beep to access the advanced boot menu, and choose the last known good configuration if it's there.

Darn it.
Open the Task Manager by ctrl/alt/del, under the processes tab, is explorer.exe listed?

Nothing really important is on the comp atm. Would reinstalling windows be a solution? I didn't want to have to do that cause its just tedious reinstalling everythign but don't think that that isn't an option for me especially if it will solve the problem for me....at least it will be piece of mind.
