help plz!!

my pc is suddenly restarting when i insert any cd into my dvd drive...what is the problem? i've also scanned with ess and mbam and removed some threads and still this problem persists..does it is a hardware problem? now what can i do? Smile

When you scanned with MBAM, did you get the log file? If so, please post it.

PC crashes could be hardware problem.
Is the machine overheating? How much RAM has it got?

my ram is 1.5 gb..i am sure that my pc is getting over heating because when i installed Hdd life, it alerts my that your hard drive is getting over heating...

I think you guys should check out OPSWAT.com there are 2 or 3 products that may be a match. I think that OESIS Framework provides a single interface to many antivirus and ESET is in that list. Another option is, I think, Metascan which is more for ISV.
I also found that ESET is certified by OPSWAT.
