GeekPolice Userbars?

Think there should be userbars for different groups to be able to use here and on other forums?

Here's a quick basic design but I think Agent should make or we have a competition to get everyone's opinion.

That was only an example, I think it would be best if everyone had a chance to make different type of templates then the favourite one to be used with every rank and people with different coloured names Right On!
