Do you mean you want to know how to make a recovery CD?

If so, what is the brand of the laptop you are using?

Here is an example if you are using a HP computer

Click Start >> All Programs. If you have an HP Pavilion click Hewlett-Packard and then HP PC Recovery CD Creator. If not, try clicking PC Help & Tools, then HP CD Recovery CD-DVD Creator to start the program.

Open the program "Recovery Disc Creator" and create your recovery disc.

For a free antivirus I would suggest Avast Home Edition. I recommended it because it actually disinfects viruses instead of deleting them. Grab it here.

For a free antispyware you can use SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition. Grab it here.

SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition doesn't have a real time protection, so if you want an anti-spyware with a real-time protection you can use Spybot, download from here

Both are reputable anti spywares and you can choose between the 2.
