Bad English. However, what i learned so far is that your computer is unbootable and the error you can see is 'No Bootable Device'??
Restart your system and press F2 or whatever works to enter into your computer BIOS settings. Set the bootable device priority of your internal hard drive at the top and press F10 to save changes and exit.
Hopefully, you'll have successful start from next time.

This depends on if the disk is factory recovery disk or Windows Setup Disk and if the BIOS setup to boot from the bootable disk.
