Snap-do virus/malware on my laptop

Post by supergirl on Fri 04 Apr 2014, 4:05 am

First topic message reminder :

Hi,

So when I launch the internet through google chrome, the snap do search engine comes up. I have tried to uninstall this software and it is still present. I have ran spybot search and destroy, and it didn't detect it. I'm not sure how to get rid of this?! Any help will be appreciated!!

Do you know why? and what can I do to get these updates on my laptop? Thanks!!.
The only thing I can think of is if there's not enough room on your harddrive. Could you please tell me the size of the harddrive and how much free space your have.

Click Start> Computer> right click the C Drive and choose Properties> enter

Please download and run MS Fix-it from here.
Click on Visit our solutions center. Click on the Windows Icon and click on Fix the problem with Windows Update that is not working down near the bottom.
