Suddenly, for the last two months - We can not download any games for our PC or open any type of emailed attachment sent to us through email - the error message received is: This program contained a virus and was deleted - it does not matter if it is a PDF, EXE even a Norton Anti Virus Update/Fix - Any Ideas where to turn this off or get rid of etc... we have tried to restore to a previous date, turned off cookies, turned off anti-virus etc...

This will sound sort of ironic, but the message you are getting is most likely a result of a malware infection of some type...usually called a "zero access" type for obvious reasons. Turning off your anti-virus was probably the worst thing you could do, and it is unlikely you can use it to remove the infection. This is likely a "Trojan" or "Root kit" infection. If you know how, start your PC in safe mode with networking and attempt using something like Malwarebytes or SuperantiSpyware to remove it. Do a full scan in safe Mode, reboot and repeat the scan in normal Windows mode.
