How to remove a recurring email that has been added to junk mail?

The email looks like it is from my email address, i.e., From: jeff.steelman@thesteelmangroup.com To: jeff.steelman@thesteelmangroup.com. It is offering various administrative positions. When I selected the email for Junk Mail it does not appear in my Deleted File. When I open the email (but not the link) and delete the email, it does appear in the Deleted File.

I also have these same emails appearing in my iPad II. When I delete them and then try to delete the Trash File, the email will not delete. I need an answer to this one too!
