How to play a .IFO file

I have a dvd which contains .ifo, .bup and .vob files. What free program can I use to play them?

Hi demoncurrie,
All extension you wrote above are linked to DVD Media Format.

IFO (stands for InFOrmation) is a type of DVD-Video file that stores information about chapters, subtitles and audio tracks.
from Wikipedia

You can play it with any of your video players. PowerDVD, BS Player, etc.. You can not play .IFO, but .VOB is one real video format which should be run by any of your players after double click on it. So, try it Smile
