desktop debate, board or graphics

Post by GForce9000 on Sat Nov 05, 2011 2:07 am

My desktop recently just started messin up on me and i cant find a adaquate answer on Google.

I have an HP Desktop, AMD Athlon x64 Dual Core 6000+, 2 GB DDR2 Ram, and Galaxy Gforce 210.

when i turn the computer off, teh onlything that seems to turn off is my hard drives and monitor, the fans and lights still run, Power button, all fans, and my LED Blue fan in the front that cools the hard drives.

im hopin i got a crappy grafx card thats messin up, only 35 dollars lol, but idk, what you guys think?

this might help to, before all this happened, i get the nvlddmkm.sys BSOD on boot up aswell. updated to 285. and it sucks, my games go up and down in FPS so bad, it wont even play world of warcraft on very low graphics.

Hi GForce9000,

Can you possibly go into BIOS and check your processor temps? to me it sounds like a over heating problem which is why the pc is cooling itself before it shuts down.
