malware problem

Post by maxsplash@comcast.net on Tue Sep 27, 2011 8:55 pm

Please HELP.... I believe I have a virus. I am new to this site, so I don't even know if I am asking for help in the right place. I saw somewhere on this site to download OTL and follow the directions, but I can't seem to download it. It asks to "Run" or "Save". I click run, but nothing happens.

Is there a live chat with a geek policeman. I am very un computer savy.
