DOS

Post by bob_deloach on Thu Aug 18, 2011 7:49 pm

I have some very old programs that are dear to me; but only some of them will run on my old Dell XPS. I was wondering if I went through the very, very GREAT trouble of setting it up to dual boot DOS 6.22/XP SP3 (like in the old days of WIN 3.11) would my old stuff come back to life??

Hi

You're better off downloading VirtualBox and running DOS under it as more modern hardware probably won't be able to run it.

It's a virtualization program. Basically it allows running an OS like any other program in a window. Smile Free too.Smile

You're welcome.Smile
