When I turned on my computer this morning it started to load Windows XP but it hangs up and does not complete loading.
I can get it in Safe Mode but I do not know how to run OTL from the cmd line.
Can you help?

I had installed PC Tools Firewall yesterday, and when I removed it today my computer returned to normal.
The problem now seems to be resolved.

Hello.
Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.
Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.
- Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
- Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
- It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
- You may need to use two posts to get it all.
