think this is the right place..

hi all am wondering if its possible to make a main frame were you can have more than 1 screen key board and mouse and internet acess and media stored on the hard drive is this possible ? if so what do i need and how can i do i this ? an y help would be mint

You can share files from one computer so that other computers can access them.
The computer can also be set up to share the Internet. It's easier to just install a router, unless you're on dial-up.
So basically, you're going to need more than just additional keyboards, mice, and screens.
