PUP.Browser Modifyer

Post by Engle on Fri Apr 15, 2011 2:41 pm

Hello all,

After I run a quick scan using Malwarebytes, I receive a list of infected items.
They appear with a check box to the left.
Some are ticked off, for which I run the Removal.

However, some do not have the check box ticked and I'm not sure what to do ?
Should I tick them off and run the Removal ?
These 7 items are listed PUP.Browser Modifyer

Why were these items not ticked for removal, like the other items were ?

Thank you for your help

Please visit this webpage for a tutorial on downloading and running ComboFix:

See the area: Using ComboFix, and when done, post the log back here.
