Weird Vibrating/Buzzing Sound While Playing PC Games
Hey. When I play games on my PC, I get a weird sound from my speakers. Here is what I have done so far/know:
I am running Windows XP Pro
I put in a Creative Sound Blaster Live! PCI sound card (I know, old) after my on-board audio stopped working
I have tested both speakers and headphones
I have completely updated my drivers
If any other info is required, I'll gladly give it for a solution.

Hi and welcome to GeekPolice.net!
What sound do you get ? Is that only from one game or all of them ?
Did you installed Realtek driver ?
Regards

I will post a sound recording on youtube and post the link here as soon as I am home. Not sure if I have Realtek drivers. Maybe I should get them and see what happens....
I have a feeling the problem isn't interference because not only did I first move me sound card to a slot further from my VGA, but I also checked all of my cords to make sure they were plugged in correctly.
It seems like my graphics must be part of the problem. The sound only comes about in 3d-like games such as WoW or Cabal Online. It also happens in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Star Wars: KotOR. I do not recieve the sound in Minecraft or 2d games. I will also post my explanations on yahoo answers as soon as I am home as well.
