outlook express problem

Post by vakirkles on Mon 31 Jan 2011, 5:41 am

I'm am having problems with my outlook express software. Whenever I send an email, I get an error message with no information. I have to go into my sent email folder to send the email. I then have to delete the message in the sent folder or it will continue to send the email to the recipient over and over again. This has been a problem for months.

Hello.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.
