my mapleglobal client cannot work, it will bring me to a black screen and then back to desktop with nothing. however, mapleSEA can work. what is the problem?

That is the way Maple Global is programmed.

The game checks your corresponding IPs and if it matches with the ones supposed to be connected with 'SEA', it will kick you out and prevent you form playing 'Global'.

Yep, you're supposed to get kicked out when you are not playing from North America, or is it South?

A private server is a term that is used to refer to an internet server that mimics the behavior of another server that is usually more well known. This is implemented through cloning or reverse engineering of the original server.
