Solved Outlook express

Hello Everyone.

A friend of mine is having problems with outlook.
Version outlook 6. Win XP SP3.

error message "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close"

I have searched the microsoft site to no avail.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Please download Update for Windows XP (KB900930) from link bellow:

Let me know if problem disappeared.

here is an update of my problem. I did as instructed and was told the the version I was trying to install is older than the one i am running.

Thanks for your help. It turned out that her AV program was the problem. She is using Trend right now but will change when it runs out.
