You mean you see a blank screen on the desktop? or a blank internet page?

Vistaglazz is actually a software that lets you add the aero interface to windows.

I guess explorer has crashed so, at the desktop, open task manager (alt+ctrl+del) and start a new process named explorer.exe

If it doesn't work, boot into safe mode by doing the following.

    1) Restart your computer

    2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8 (Repeatedly).

    3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear

    4) Use the up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode and press Enter.

And do a system restore to the time before installing vistaglazz.

You're welcome. So which method worked for you?
