First topic message reminder :

Hi,

I am new to your site but so far have been very impressed, congratulations for the work you perform.

If possible i would like your assistance, its driving me crazy at the moment and I really dont want to lose my data neither my pc!

I Have recently removed Thinkpoint and used malwarebytes successfully however now i seem to have another virus win32.ramnit.h and also .C! I am no longer able to open internet explorer neither see my virgin media centre protection.

hi, sorry unfortunatly so

i cant access my virgin media and IE still...
also post i downloaded avenger (it may not have nothing to do with it) my computer has now showed me a blue screen three times (yesterday the 3rd time) it shows:

machine_check_exemption
0x0000009c
0x0000004, 0x80546E70, 0xB2000000, 0x00070F0F

Any ideias? and thank you very much for all your help so far, at least i dont constantly get pop ups about the virus )

Hello.
A format maybe a good idea, as your post says Rammnit, Rammnit is an incurable in file infecter so your system files maybe damaged.
