Password reset

Post by nature7827 on Fri 15 Oct 2010, 1:26 pm

Recently had my laptop stolen and I got it back but the person changed the password for me to start up windows. Is there a way for me to find out the password they used or get on there to change it without wiping out the system and starting new?

Thanks so much! I ended up changing it from WinRE. Very grateful I didn't have to completely start over.
