Solved hard drive split?

i have a hard drive which is split 40gb on c drive and then 460gb on D drive , the problem i have is that the c drive is now full and loads of capacity on D drive but when i try to download for instance music on spotify it now says that no capacity left to download onto, why is this happening and how do i resolve this , i am not very good at geek stuff so please be simple in explaining thankyou Thank You!

You have to just extend the partition. Try this software and instructions are mentioned in it http://www.partition-tool.com/easeus-partition-manager/extend-system-partition.htm
