Getting tired trying to fix Windows Backup.

Post by Worren on Sat Aug 07, 2010 1:37 pm

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit edition. I bought a WD Passport 750gb USB external drive to use for backups. I have played with Windows backup's settings but every backup attempt fails. I was able to make a backup using WD's software but Win 7 doesn't recognize it.
A quick rundown of my specs:
Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit
Asus P5N72-T Premium
8 gb DDR PC 9200
Three WD 150 Gig Velociraptor Hdd, set as C:System;D:Online Games:E:Misc Files.
My C drive has only the system files and a pagefile, all other installed files plus my temp and temporary internet files are on the other two drives. I have over 95 gigs free on each drive.
Anybody got a solution?
Thanks in Advance, Worren
