Antivir & Antispyware removal

Post by sgambrel on Sat Jul 31, 2010 9:10 pm

After trying to do research on my own and failing I am needing help with removal of spyware without the use of internet. I say this b/c Internet is blocked and pretty much any function I try I get an error message saying the application is blocked. I cannot even run the cmd.exe program or do a backup and restore. I have tried re-booting on the windows safe mode. I do not get any errors, however I cannot get on the internet. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Do you have another machine we can use to download tools to and carry them across via USB?

Hello.

Download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] by OldTimer to your Desktop.

  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.
