Can changing the boot screen and themes of a pc damage it??

I asume you speak of the fan controlling app. Much like any other HW controlling program, you must know what you are telling it to do. Running it and changing nothing does nothing (could be used as a monitoring app in this way), while changing specs without knowing what you are doing (despite any indicators/advice the program could give you) is a very bad idea.

Also, if you are asking for advice on doing or using the things you wrote about, you should make it more clear in the posts. Generally, you'll only get the answer for what you asked and nothing more.
