Trojan Horse Criptic.ACO

Post by Lisa8377 on 9th June 2010, 1:55 am

[b][i]My computer is infected with a Trojan Horse Virus. It says, Trojan Horse Criptic.ACO. My free AVG anti virus program found around 30 files infected with this virus. The files that are infected are all c:WindowsSystem32dot3cfg32.dll. I have tried healing the files, removing them and quarantining them but it want let me do either. I have no idea how to fix this. Please someone help me. Could I do a system restore? Will that get rid of them or just restore it and still have the viruses. I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to viruses. I usually always keep a good anti virus program running but the one I had ran out and before I renewed it I got all these viruses. Please help me. Oh and my operating system is Windows Vista.
