Windows Vista - Unmountable Boot Error

Post by Tech on Tue May 25, 2010 8:51 pm

Hello.

I have just got an unexpected problem with my laptop.

It's been working fine for a long time, and suddenly when I turned it on it took along time to load (it was stuck at the bars moving) and then a blue error came up and said "Unmountable_boot_error".

I didn't have a recovery disk, so I made a boot disk system recovery disk, and it loads after about 30 minutes, but it shows up with nothing there, and it wants me to load a driver and I don't know how to find this.

Anyway, I've read a few guides and I can't seem to find a fix.

Anyone who could help, that'd be great. Thanks in advance!
