Hi 1232marina and welcome to GP!

I would advise you to consult www.blackviper.com to see which Windows services you can disable on your computer.
If you want us to have a look at other startup items, follows the directions posted here.

Now that doesnīt look so bad. There arenīt too many startup programs that clog your computerīs memory.

Do you use this software on a regular basis:

Diskeeper
Intervideo
Outlook express
Cyberlink

If so, I donīt think there is much we can do here, but fix some useless (but also harmless) entries.

If you do not use this Intervideo program and Cyberlink program, I would uninstall them, because they load resident programs that take up computer resources (memory). Intervideo is something that typically comes pre-installed on your computer when you buy it.

Also note that you use an outdated version of Internet Explorer. If you use Internet Explorer (and not Mozilla, for example) I recommend you to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 which can be downloaded here.
