Ok, Well I have another computer, On my desktop It takes at least 10 minutes to boot up with NO programs at start up It's a core duo I went to Run, Msconfig Boot, advanced options processor and then change it to 4 clicked apply, ok and restarted but it still took 10 minutes, How can I fiz this problem?

4gb Ram, 2.3ghz processor, 4 core Processor

Please read this, I'm guessing it may be malware related. It shouldn't take 10 minutes to boot up.
