trojan.Dropper & PUP.ArdamaxKeyLogger

HELP! I've had to manually do Malware removal in Safe mode in both quick scan and thorough scan & it's removed 7 of these! But when I restart it's back! I get the "cannot open/run because file is infected" messages, and the constant virus warnings/alerts. I don't know what else to do! I also cannot find what happened to my virus protection! I've tried downloading new software & it's gone too!

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
