Hijack this log interpretation

I was recently helped removing Antimalware doctor, however something seems to be still slowing down my computer. After doing some research I Stumbled against this link... [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

I wanted to see if I had this problem, I was wondering if you could look at my hijackthis log and see if the this file is indeed the one that the link is referring to?

Nope, that line isn't there.

Note that the picture from the above website is a x32 bit machine, and yours is x64 bit.

x64 is slightly more secure, there is less malware able to infect a x64 bit OS.
