Bankerfox.a, Win32/Nuqel.E

I extracted Avenger but it will not allow me to open it..Porn Sites are trying to come up and it has blocked my Mcafee from being used ..what else should I do? ~Lorien~

I have tried to down load HijackThis and it won't run..I get a window that pops up to the bottom right that says the following..."Windows Security Alert"..Application cannot be executed. file winlogon.scr.exe is infected..I don't know what else to do??..

Download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] by OldTimer to your Desktop.

  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.

I had tried that as well and it wouldn't pop up so after trying a few other things i was finally able to get spydoctor anitivirus to pull through and zip up the malware..thank you for the response though Smile it's nice to be bug free!
