Ebay/Paypal Problem

Ebay/Paypal Problem

When I try to sign into ebay or paypal, it directs me to a page asking for my personal information including SSN, mother's maiden name & credit card #. I have researched this to try to figure out how to get rid of it & have tried a few things mentioned. I have ran Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. I seen a post somewhere on here about doing HiJack This & putting check marks next to certain things & fixing them but none of the listed items were in my HiJack This. I don't know what to try next. Can someone shed some light for me? I know a little about computers but not a lot on getting rid of this stuff....

From what I understand, Paypal will ask such details when you received up to a certain amount of money. If you're suspecting that it is a fake page, read this:
