window XP wont start

Post by tinagibson on Thu Feb 11, 2010 8:45 pm

Ran malware bytes, did recommended actions, was told to restart my computer and now the computer says windows was shut down wrong and that it will start up in 26 seconds.
It just shows this screen continuously.
Help will have to be sent to kaitie_babybug@hotmail.com because we cannot access our desktop computer.
thank you
